This guy asked me to go to the dance with him, when i accidentally said ok. But now I don't want to go because I want to go as friends, and I will have nothing to do. Now how should I tell him to go as friends, or better yet, not go at all

just be honest with him. tell him what happened and ask if he would like to go as friends or if he just wouldnt want to go at all. he will understand im sure if you just be honest with him

Tough call, he may think u stood him up!!! Maybe u shouldnt go and have your friends go to your house instead, you'll feel less guilty.

maybe you really meant to say yes!!! ---- so why not go and see if you have fun ---- if you dont thats a great excuse not to go again and if you do have fun well friends can have fun together
