The fastest way to lose weight for me, has been a combination of the below:
- pray more and ask God, in Jesus'es name, to help you become healthier and take care of your body
- begin drinking one extra glass of water per day
- at mealtimes, fill your plate as you normally would, then take a tablespoon, and remove one tablespoon of each item from your plate... if you have been overeating by more than that, then work up to removing two tablespoons of each item... etc... until you are happy with the amounts of foods you are eating
- if your problem is not the amount you heap on a plate... but the problem is that you go back for seconds and thirds... try not to go back after the first plate!!
- add fresh raw vegetables to your diet, if you are able
- begin walking (if your doctor says it is ok), starting at 5 minutes per day the first week, increasing by 5 minutes each week, until you are walking 30 minutes per day on most days... it's ok to miss a day if necessary... but for me it was very very important to start slow and easy... don't try to speed walk... just walk casually if that is the best you can do (it was for me)

The fastest way to lose weight is most likely the Atkins Diet......BUT.....rule of thumb.....the faster you lose weight, the faster it will come back plus some. The reason for this is if you are using a diet that causes you to lose weight real fast, it is more than likely a diet that you can not stick with forever, because it is too radical. You will end up yo-yo'ing your weight....not so cool. The better idea is to make life style changes that you can actually live with.....smaller meals....more of them...no fast food...no pop...drinking water and lots of it.....go for losing 2 to 3 pounds a week...and commit to leaving bad eating habits in your past...it is a huge process, but if you succeed, you will be healthy and fit for the long run, instead of temporary results that lead to a bigger (pun) problem than you started with in the frst place.

Eat 5 smaller meals a day instead of 3. For example: breakfast... have a small bowl of cereal, snack...some fruit and granola, lunch...sandwich and a veggie, snack...fruit and maybe bread/butter, dinner...something light.
Cardio workouts. Get that heart rate up for at least 30 minutes several times a week. Look at the heart rate charts for your target beats per minute.
Sleep...7-8 hours a night.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

just keep a healthy diet or keep on exercising.that's what i always do.i like food but i just eat my favorites only once in a while.i cant stand it just like you.i have to do this to lose my weight.you might not want to eat or drink something that has too much sugar.

Eat less carbs and exercise. I used hydroxycut for a while I lost 20 lbs on it.
