There is an amazing laundry list of criteria that a hotel has to meet.
All kinds of things from the mundane to the obvious. Everything from the hotel kitchen to the bathroom in each guest room is scrutinized. And of course the service has to be friendly, correct and immediate.

Rocco Forte just opened the first 5-star hotel in Berlin. It was designed (remodeled) from the ground up to be a 5-star hotel.
