I am Azerbaijan passport holder. Currently i am working in WA, Perth on 457 visa. If i need visa, could you please tell me what should i do? Where should i send my application form?

i am not sure if Azerbaijan is listed, but most of countries are listed to have visa on arrival
the best thing to do is to call Embassy di Canberra, or perhaps there is one Consulate there in Perth and ask them detail

Yes, only those South East Asian Nationalities are free of Visa.

yes, you need visa to Batam.
you should apply your visa requirment to Embassy of Indonesia at Australia.

of course.. I'm in perth at the moment.. I'm from Indonesia originally though.. you should go to embassy I think.. either Indonesian Embassy or your embassy... Indonesian embassy is in St Georges Tce.. after Bennett st.. in the City..
