Well, there are several things going on here.

First, why haven't you seen a doctor???

The vaginal infection appears to be bacterial vagniosis, given the absence of itching. You will need to see a doctor to get a prescription for the appropriate medication.

When you say you bled while having a bowel movement, was there blood in your stools, or did you notice the blood on yourself when you wiped yourself? This is difficult to diagnose without an examination, so you should see a doctor immediately!

Go to your doctor and tell him what you have been problems with the last few years. you did not tell if you started your period jet. but i don't think your blood is coming from your bowels, but your vagina and well come to womanhood. we all have our monthly cycle where we bleed for about four to seven days, But i would have the bad odour checked out, if you been using tampons, you may been having an yeast infection. hope it is nothing too serious

You need to get parents to take you to a doctor. It's probably just something that needs an antibiotic to clear it up. When you are bleeding with the bowel movement are you constipated? You need to go to the doctor so he can give you something to clear it up.

It is normal to get a yellowish discharge for sometime before you start getting regular periods. Unless you know for sure that this is the case you really should see the Dr. The bleeding could be from straining, but you really should get it checked just to be sure.

You need to get to the doctor. You could have bacterial vaginosis or some other kind of disease that can be easily treated. Please do yourself a favor and get in to the doc soon.

YOu could also have some sort of GI bleed. Go see a doc and tell him EVERYTHING.
