Good matchup Smitty! You got this one before I could think of it! Both fighters were outstanding boxers in their primes but Torres is a better body puncher and definetly has the power edge in this bout. It would be rather technical boxing match for the most part, but Torres would land the cleaner and harder punches and win the unanimous decision.

Could Hill hurt Torres enough to keep Torres from applying pressure? He has a good jab and good movement, but not much else. Torres is the better rounded boxer. Hill would not be able to hurt him. Torres by UD.

Great matchup, my friend.
After Larry Holmes, Virgil Hill is the most underrated fighter in the history of the sport, in my opinion.
Hill would control this fight with his suberb jab and win a unanimous decision.

I can't believe Hill is still fighting. I remember watching alot of his fights back in the 80's. Evenly matched both gutsy guys I would have to side with Torres by split decision. Very close fight.
