All nuts are good for you in small quantities as they contain many nutrients but are high in fat. Pistachios and cashews are usually salted which is not the best for you. It is very easy to keep munching on nuts and eat large quantities in a short period of time. Therefore I like to portion mine out in snack size baggies to avoid that. They are like almost everything good - enjoy in moderation!

All nuts are relatively good for you, but pistachioes and macadamians are very high in fat (though a good kind) I think that almonds are the healthiest nut with lots and lots of different nutrients, protein and a little less fat than a lot of nuts.

Almonds are excellent and help to make you smart. Walnuts are a power food. Don't know much about the rest other than they are so so delicious. Those are the more healthy nut choices.

i believe all nuts are good for you, almonds i feel are the best, health research shows the skin of an almosd is great for you too. The only thing i'd be weary of is sunflowere seed kernals ( i know they aren't nuts but it's close)....if you buy bags of just the kernals it'll hit you fat/calorie wise big time

None if you're allergic to nuts.

On the other hand, both can be healthy. Just be careful with salted nuts. Too much salt is not good for you.

The beating of the egg whites causes air, in the form of tiny bubbles, to be trapped in the egg foam; as the soufflé bakes, the air expands, causing the soufflé to puff dramatically. When the soufflé cools, the air contracts, making the soufflé fall.
