Here in Canada, we have Tim Hortons and that's our coffee shop. We order coffee different from you guys in the U.S. Actually, I just assumed that you were from the U.S. This is how our ordering coffee works:

1 cream+1 sugar is called a regular coffee
2 cream+2 sugar is called a Double Double
3+3 is called a triple triple

All coffee is assumed to be made with cream unless asked to be milk. All coffee is made with regular sugar unless "sweetener" is requested. Not too complicated, eh.

Iced Venti, five shot, half calf, 3 pump, 5 sweet and low, non fat, no whip white chocolate mocha. Theres a woman who orders that one all of the time. Sounds gross to me, but to each his own.

In an airport Starbucks I ordered a black coffee.
The guy behind the counter had to call over his supervisor, who asked me what I meant.

I await horrible answers here. People who can't just have a cup of plain coffee, hot chocolate, or tea need to go somewhere and die.
