Tell someone you trust. Get professional help. Accept that you have a problem and find someone to help you fix it.
Does your school have counseling? Is there a local mental health clinic you can go to?
If you are a teen, try;
Girls and Boys Town National Hotline
Call With any Problem, Anytime
1-800-448-3000 (TDD 1-800-448-1833)
Open 24 hours a day, everyday
If you are an adult, check the web for local mental health hot-lines in your area.
Please get the help you need to live a better life! Good Luck!

I heard that depression can be helped by a healthy lifestyle, eg; going for a walk every day and eating healthy otherwise there's medication you can take, my best friend started cutting herself two years ago when she was going through a rough patch but now shes fine and really happy so maybe your just going through a one of those phases.
It can be inherited, or the enviroment that your in can also contribute. Seeing a therapist is an option, dont feel bad about it because lots of people have the same problem.

I think u just answered ur own question
ur learning to know urself and know u dont want to die or harm urself anymore
Know when u are starting to feel like crap and depressed and shut off from the world and do something uplifting
something that makes u smile
trust me life throughs obsticles at u all the time u just gotta learn to move on dont dwell on the past or future
you make your own destiny and if you chose the wrong path stop and take another one

This is actually a real sickness. You need to see a doctor and let them know what is going through your head before, during, and after you cut yourself. Go ASAP before you do some serious damage.

I actually saw this on the Tyra Banks show, it is a disorder. The gals on there cut thereselves to feel the pain others were feeling. Please speak to a friend or get professional help, there is help. A friend of mine in high school did this and now I cut the grass at her grave every year...

Pray. Talk to God. He knows about your problems. And he loves you. Wanting to cut yourself isn't normal. You're doing what satan wants you to do: trying to die.
God. Loves. You.
