This guy is always looking at me and then when I catch him he looks away. Today during class he winked at me and then i smiled and he smiled back .Today gave me like these looks and lift his eyebrows up and down a couple times. He would call me sweetheart and stuff like that. Someone called me ugly and he was like hey don’t call her ugly she’s not! He was like showing off telling me he shaves and telling me to feel how soft his face is. Do you think he likes me back?

UHM, yes he likes you! He may be waiting on more signs(other than a smile) so he will know if you like him. So far both of you are just flirting. Sounds like both of you are too shy to actually make the first move. Until that move is made, you guys will continuosly flirt. Go ahead, ask him out. It's okay. It will not make you less than a woman or girl.
