well, i do think anyone 'should' weigh a certain amount...I'd worry more about if you feel healthy and are comfortable with yourself.
but, even so, I'm an optimistic 5'4'' (really 5'3 and 1/2), and at 120lbs. most people consider me skinny.

If you have a small frame 114 to 127 lb
Medium frame 124 to 138 lb
Large frame 134 to 151 lb

How old are you? What is your bone structure? These are the things one needs to know before answering your question. A 5'3 12 yr. old with a big bone structure should have different weight than a 25 yr. old w/ small bone structure--see what i mean?

you females ar 5'3'' and weigh approximately 123 pounds and particularly while you're an athlete than you are the suited weight for what you could desire to do. the certainly huge-unfold for somebody your length is one hundred thirty pounds yet do not experience like that's what you could desire to weigh. wish that facilitates!

i think that you should weigh any where between 110 and 120 . But i honestly think weight should not be a issue
