Christians have always believed in one God. We also believe we are created in the image of God having both body and spirit and the two make up a living soul. This is the image of God...the Father Son and Holy Spirit are one God. Do you believe you are both body and spirit if so are you yet one person?

There are many true gods. The answer to your question is: one's "true god" depends on one's beliefs. I believe in a particular god, so, for me, there is only one god (Hashem). Christians believe in one god in three forms: father, son, and holy spirit. Hindus have a variety of gods, as do Wiccans, I think.

There is one God but there is a term called the "Godhead". Which include the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. But there is only one literal God.

There is only one God. However, there are three "expressions" of God. God the Father, God the Son, God the holy spirit. One God, however.

I like the example of water, H20. It can be solid, liquid, steam. Three "expressions", but the same properties.

No: one God, three divine persons - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

One, but in three forms - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It's tough to get your mind around. I guess it's like how one person could be a mother, sister, and teacher.
