Ok, it is simple. If he only comes around when he in the mood to mess around. You are ALLOWING youself to be used. Even if he is not with someone else, he is still only there when he wants something.
Why buy the cow.....? So, most likely, if you think you are being used, you are. He is getting what he wants without the hassles that come with having a relationship.

She's insecure. If she knows definitely that you wasn't with anyone else. She's very insecure or you have been with someone in the past and its hard to believe you. Either way she's insecure.
