Hard to tell for sure from that pic, and without a size reference. Either an American Eskimo or a very white Pomeranian.

American Eskimo ...... could be a white pom ..... Its hard to tell for sure, you can only see her face, not her body or anything to gauge her size..... what a cutie though.

She is a Spitz! What a cutey! They are great dogs, she has a beautiful white coat, I prefer the white to the shaded.
Edit: Wow, she looks so much like s Spitz. I was wrong :)
Either way she is adorable!

Definitely a Spitz. The samoyeds are larger and don't have the typical cute face of the Spitz, Have a great day.
