"Peer review" does not mean your friends are the publishers and reviewers it. Articles have to be reviewed by people who are themselves authors of major peer-reviewed journals.

A single article in 'Science' or 'Nature' would earn more respect than a thousand issues of a journal you publish yourself.

haha crs is peer reviewed by 13 bible college professors, a used microscope salesman and a gym teacher, and I use the term 'review' very loosely

I think there are actually two that exist but they don't say very much. And of course not, evolution is about the most rock solid theory (yes THEORY) that exists today.
