How can I find out if the 2007 Toyota 4Runner (4WD V8) has a two-speed transfer case? The brochure says nothing about this and I asked the dealership and they don't seem to have a clue.

talk to one of the dealerships mechanics or if they dont know ask the head of there service dept

Any vehicle with a two speed transfer case will have a setting for 4 wheel drive high, and 4 wheel drive low. If it does not, it does not have a two speed transfer case!

When you say speeds I'm assuming your talking about gear ratio and yes 4runner 4WD has a high and low gear .
