you didn't say were you are! check with a sheltie rescue you can find them on the net, or ask a local vet. Many local vets have "breeder directory" booklets with breeders who belong to beed clubs in the area. Check out a breeder throughly and please PLEASE find a reputable breeder and DONT GO TO A PET STORE
