A word of advice. Significant other is a PC term for a same sex arrangement. Or at least it is ambivalent. If you are this way and your significant other has an attitude, are you really surprised? Maybe you should use a term like partner, and maybe you wouldn't have a problem with this.

Life is too short to put up with a 'tude. Dump them. There's plenty of great folks around so that you don't have to put up with bullshit.

talk to them about it.....i am a girl and i get kinda moody sometimes and i dont notice until my bf says something to me about it....once he says something i tone it down a little...cuz i dont wanna be a moody beotch all the time....cuz i love him
