Some of them can. I have an inlaw that is 78 and works a full time job in factory building breaks for chevy trucks and she out works some of the 20 yr. olds that work with her. It all depends on how well someone takes care of themselves.

It would help if you were more specific. There are some 80 year olds that can do everything they did when they were 30.
