In the original context His name is spoken of more then 7000 times....I can't possibly quote it to you.....YHWH is the name and the common English use of it is Jehovah
the reason he's called "I am who I am" is because, roughly translated, it is the meaning of his name....which means "HE causes to become".....

I don't know the name of my god. That knowledge was lost when the Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed in 73 c.e. So, I refer to my god with other monikers, such as "Hashem" (literally: the name) or G-d.

Thor, the Norse God of Thunder!
Hey, you did ask me what MY God's name was and I'm an Ãsatrúar (Norse Pagan.) I wasn't trying to be funny, Thor really is one of my Gods. Next time, if you only want names for the Christian God, I suggest you ask "What is the Christian God's Name." I know some of his names too because I used to be a Christian at one time. I know his scared name is YHVH.

My God is not your god, and that is for sure as my God has no name but once was with us in His presence, Jesus, and had suffered in God's behalf. My faith and beliefs with Jesus.
