Factoring in climate change as well as the threat of rouge nukes popping up anywhere on the globe, I guess we are. I'd say global warming is a bigger threat than nuclear war. Seriously; what country would want to destroy with weapons?
If we keep up the way we have been going, the effects of global warming will be irreversible by 2030.
