First things first, talk to her about it. Tell her it's an issue with you, that she isn't showing respect or consideration for your time or for other people who are waiting for her. I don't like the idea of tricking her because then you're not respecting her either. Just say "The reservation is for 7:00, and we either arrive on time or we don't go at all." Maybe she'll figure out how annoying she is and make an effort to improve. If she doesn't, then you'll have to decide whether it's enough of an issue for you to stop seeing her.
I was 'chronically late' for most of my life, and it's just been the past few years that I've figured out why and how to manage my time better. Maybe she should post a question asking how to stop being late all the time. I bet she'd get some good suggestions.

The guy I've been dating for 3 years is still late all the time. This is not something they grow out of. Even his friends tell him a time earlier than everyone else so that he might be there when everyone else it.
You could try doing that. How late is she? If it's 15 minutes you could tell her to be somewhere at 6:15pm, but you get there at 6:30pm.
If it's too much, get out now. People rarely ever change

Tell her that ya'lls reservation is at 6 when in fact it is at 6:30. Chicks are really bad about the whole late thing, I have to admit. Just try to get a jump on her. So good luck and hopefully that will work.

Well, you could try to make the date a couple of hours earlier than you expect so maybe she will be on time. Or you could try to date someone who is punctual about making appointments or dates on time. If you don't like this behavior now, you won't like it later on or ever.

Tell her if she cares for you it will be important for her to consider your feelings about the issue and be on time the next time. The next time she is late just leave. She'll get the message.

Hey man! I know the feeling, I have the same issue with my girl. I hate it to. Some people, especially women are habitually late. Maybe she is just trying to get pretty for you! Maybe you should take it as a complement that she is late becuase she wants to look her best for you...

Tell her it is 45 minutes earlier than what it is. If she is usually later than that then you should go for more time. Adults make efforts to show up on time to any event especially if it is important to them.

Many cultures do that. It is called being fashionably late. If this is bothering you tell her it is for an half hour before it really is to happen.

Tell her how you feel and maybe try to understand why she is lat is it because she has to work. If it isn't feel flattered that she spends so much time getting ready for you and enjoy it while it last!
