He was a secret agent that was murdered by the mafia and taken up in a plane and thrown out, he was meant to land in the ocean but the pilot of the plane was drunk and ended up flying over a desert. The mafia men couldnt see that they werent above the ocean because they were playing poker so they just chucked him out the window without looking. The backpack the agent was wearing was his survival bag that he needed for on his way up Mount Kilimanjaro but he was killed before he got there!
