My girlfriend has offered to give me oral sex if I want her to.
I do want her to But only if she wants to do it. but when I ask her if she really wants to do it she just responds by saying "I'm willing to do it, if you want me to".
I dont know wut to do????

I think its amazing that you're not pushing something like that based on the fact that there is a chance she may not WANT to do it. Congrats and kudos to you. You deserve some major respect. If I were you, I would just reassure her that she doesn't have to do anything that she isn't 100% comfortable with. If she decides to, then good for both of you. Sex (intercourse or oral) is an amazing part of relationships. If not, then obviously thats fine too. Maybe she's not ready. Give her time.

take it. those offers don't always stay on the table. don't ask her if she wants to do it. tell her to do it and do not accept no for an answer
