my son is in normal tect this year, how can I get a good tutor that is ex teacher and motivate, staying in woodlands

Look in ads, they're all over the internet, and in Newspapers. There are a lot of companies specialising in Tutoring now. Or another option would be to talk to a teacher at your son's school and ask for advice, even ask if anyone in the school/class would be willing to help out. Other than that, try an online tutor. No moving around necessary at all. And it's different. It might just motivate him a little. Capture his intrigue.

I'm not sure about how to get an ex teacher, but you can possibly get a national honor society student to tutor. They can add it to their college apps.. My sister was on national honor society and loved tutoring younger kids! There also may be a student teacher that would love to help! Good luck!

I'm not totally sure I understand your question...

But, I think your best bet is to contact the school and ask them.
They often have teachers who worked for them who are now at home with children.
They can steer you in the right direction.

Also, don't push your son too hard. He sounds like he's doing fine and you could burn him out-- I've seen that alot in my job, sadly.
