That is sick, that is your child that you should be protecting and I saw too many people say they would do it to obey God. Well dont do it at all because that is completely screwed up and then pray for forgiviness later. Anyone who kills a child is horrible even if God asked you to do so.

I agree. Killing children is purely evil. Even the thought is making me upset. Please keep killing and children in different sentences.

The sad thing is that you even have to tell people, no, don't do that. If anyone came to me telling me to kill my child in the name of the god that told them to tell me that, I would think the person was mentally insane, and I would be very afraid of that person until said, was behind bars. Honestly, I think there are babies on this site.

God would never wish anyone to kill their own child. He asked Abraham to do it, but only to show Abraham whom Abraham himself loved more. God knows everything, it was a test for Abraham. And I myself would obey God to the state of nothingness.

actually if you believe the bible then he did ask somebody to kill their child. abraham ring a bell for anyone? of course he told abraham not to right before he did it and he was bless because he was really going to. so God probably wouldn't ever want you to, but he has shown that he'd bless you for being willing to if he asked. he was willing to sacrifice his own son. if he asked us, we should be willing as well. call me sick, I don't care.

I'm curious as to why would God test someone with something so horrible to begin with. If he were omnipitant, he would have known if someone would pass anyways wouldn't he?

to bad it doesn't matter what you think.

But just to set your little heart at ease. God would never ask anybody to kill their child and then let them go through with it.
God loves the little children and He loves you to
