How can you get a fatty product like olive oil and have a nonfat oil when you spray it?

It's not that they take the fat out,
it's that the spray gives a negligeable
amount in a spritz. If you spray a lot on
you will get fat and calories.

It doesn't take the fat out. You just can get a lot of coverage with a very small amount of oil because is mixed with air. That means you ingest much less fat and calories

olive oil is one of the healthiest fats, next to omega 3 & 6 fatty acids.
