i would try to befriend him in some way. take a class he is in and try and sit next to him and offer to help him study. i have always been outgoing, so i prefer a direct approach. maybe find him someplace and just go up to him and tell him i have wanted to meet him for awhile and that we work together, have a class whatever, and give him my number, or ask for his. I would say maybe we could meet for coffee and talk about the work/class/whatever u have in common with him.

Make him come to me is what I would do. The one thing a guy (especially a good looking guy) can't stand is not being the center of attention. When I want to get attention, I'll sit down nearby, catch his eye and smile a couple times in between talking to someone, then pull out a book and start reading and looking extremely bored, occasionally looking around as if I was waiting for someone better to show up (but actually sneaking a peek at him). You'll have him eating out of your hand in a matter of about 20 minutes, and he won't even realize it. The best part? You don't have to be outgoing to use this trick, because it's all about making him think he's the one putting the moves on you!

Well I am personally not a shy girl at ALL, but if you are shy, you could give him "the look" and whenever he isn't covered in girls, just go up to him and start a conversation, and make sure you start it, so he knows you really want to get to know him. If you aree outgoing, try to actually hold some of that back, because he will get overcome with your obnoxiousityness... ya. You can be bold, and laid-back. just start a conversation with him. :) Good Luck!!!!!!! <3

Well I get the guys but if i didn't I would write a note and tell him how i feel. if i was the shy type i would just give a little hello i like you smile. and if i was outgoing i would go and ask him do he want to go out!

well... im more of the shy type. but it just depends. if i kinda sorta know the guy or seen him around a couple of times i would try to get at him, but if its just some random hot guy, i know that i dont look as good as the other girls, so i woln't go for it and would sit around lusting for him.
(anyways i don't like competing for guys...its not always worth the trouble. the most satisfaction a girl would get is that she got the man and they didn't.)

girl its too many guys in the world to be worried about 1! I feel you shouldnt have to compete for any1. Let him know how you feel and if he turns you down, oh well his lost. Move on. This happened to me before and when I moved on, I found a man that was finer, had more money and treats me like a queen, now we have a family.

I would find a time when he isnt around them all. And just be natural.
Just be like, Whats up? And be like..so how did your day go...blah, the person is bound to mention something like, Oh my sister..
and you can be like, Oh you have a sister?
And just be casual
