and how would you describe your health condition/appearance (obese, pudgy, slim, professional athlete, etc)

I have it once every other week... maybe.

I have a healthy BMI, and I run for exercise. I wouldn't say I look athletic, but the arms and legs are toned. This is AFTER I went through a diet and lifestyle change last year, where I lost 20+ pounds. I can eat a lot healthier for less money than I ever could at fast food outlets.

I eat fast food about 3 times a week. I used to like eating at fast food restaurants but after time and time again, I've gotten really bored with the same thing and now i try to cook my own meals. Sometimes.

Unfortunately more than I would like. I would say once or twice a week. Sometimes more. I appear to be healthy. I am slim but not very fit. I couldn't run in a marathon or anything. I do have the love handles. Don't get me wrong I'm not big or anything. One thing I can tell you, sorry if this is gross, but after eating at McDonalds I will 9 times out of ten, get diarrhoea afterwards. That really makes me wonder.

I dont think its how often you eat fast food but how often do you exercise. Im a full time track runner and marshal artist i live alone so i live off of wendys and macdonalds. every day i eat out other than when i go home.. im healthy.. low cholesterol im slim but not anerexic. as i said i think its how often u exercise .. you could eat the most food and still be healthy though exercise and good habits.

I never eat fast food. I have too many allergies to too many weird additives, so I don't trust it. That is aside from all the fat, sodium, empty calories and lack of real nutrition inherent in fast food.

Average weight for my height - BMI fairly low.

I describe myself as slender,and I eat fast food often ....but then again I exercise too,and I also attribute my frame to my genes.

I'm athletic and weigh 129 weighed that since i was 14 anyway i eat white castle every other week or so
