I do not think you would find a map with the location of waterfalls in PR. But I can tell you where to find a few of them:
La mina & La coca at El Yunque Rainforest - Rio Grande (east)
Canon de San Cristobal - Barranquitas (central)
Salto Curet - Maricao (central)
Salto Collazo - San Sebastian (central)
Hacienda Buena Vista (100 ft waterfall) - Ponce (south)
Rio Canas, Rio Rosario & Rio Yaguez - Mayaguez (west)
