i've never actually tried this so you would probably want to check with your doctor before doing it. but i was told by a friend who used to scuba dive all the time the best way to get rid of them is to snort/inhale a cap full of hydrogen peroxide. he said it hurts like crazy but it will clear your sinuses and kill the infection.
(you can't dive if you're sinuses are clogged and so he would do this prior to diving if he was having sinus issues)

I think i have a pretty good idea of what you are going through. I had fifteen sinus infections in five months. I had surgery to take out polyps, shave off some bone, and take out cartilage. A month later, I still had terrible infections. I took every med they had. Finally my doctor said to take a steamy shower and use a nasl saliene rinse every day. I haven't had an infection in two months. The Nasal Saliene will rinse out your sinus passages and can clear up an infection the same day.
I hope this works.

I had chronic infections, scarring built up in the sinus cavities. They did surgery and removed the scarring and repaired a deviated septum(which affects sinus flow also). My headaches and sinus infections dropped by 90% I have not suffered one migraine since that time,1992.

Wish I knew that myself, it could be caused by a lot of different things. If it clears up when you go out of the house you may have mold or dust problems, could be the climate where you live if it's not a seasonal problem(sinus meds are a huge buisness), they can also be very addictive, be careful cause unfortunately thats about the only relief unless you can afford to move to Hawaii.

See an ear nose and throat specialist. There is a condition where your sinuses becoome clogged up with polyps and waste which makes you more suceptible. There is a surgery to fix the problem if you have it, it hurts but it is REALLY worth it

Zicam has come out with an allergy line of medicines as well as cold products. Look for them in your nearest WalGreens, WalMart or Fred's pharmacies.

Stop breathing.

No, really, you should talk to your doctor to find the cause. Yahoo answers is not the best place for medical advice. Good luck!
