can someone tell me somthing that i have syptoms include: Headache
stomach pains
nausea
fatiuge(tiredness)
heartburn(on and off not from food)
please help me thanksss

sounds like the flu to me. It just has to run its course. Drink lots of fluids, and get sleep. Take some form of asprin for the aches and pains. If you are running a temp, or you are unable to hold food, or the sysmptoms continue after a week, consult a doctor.
