You will notice that not only does your hair grow faster on your head, but you will have to shave other areas much more often.
You will also notice that your fingernails are growing longer and stronger.
You do not need a prescription for them, just look in the vitamin section or ask the pharmacist which ones to buy.

healthy eating, vitamins, and conditioner, also if you have split ends or you get split ends, have them cut off. Split ends keep hair from growing as fast
