How about a short term relationship? Marriage is losing popularity every year it seems. Almost makes me wish I was 20 years younger and single sometimes. So many women want now what I wanted then. Oh well.

I'll tell ya why. People are more afraid of being hurt instead of going with the dang flow of dating and seeing what happens. They speculate the what if's and the past relationship may have left them bitter. So their guard is up. I feel people have lost social skills to relate and text message thru IM's and on phones to make up a good part of theri relationship so they wont get hurt adn have confrontations of every day things to talk about .. its easier for them and most are lazy any more to GIVE all their all to anything. very robotic like ways .. sad.. unless you are are at fault so consider these factors and then check yourself.

Perhaps its not the people your meeting who changed, but yourself? Maybe you are taking on a different attitude and the people you mingle with haven't caught up yet. Take a look at yourself and if this is true, try meeting people in a different type of place.
