i should know from experiance... we say nothing and hope the girl likes us too and wait for her to make a move or flirt with us and eventually it comes down to "the note" ( dun dun dun ) or a really ballsy move that can usually get a slap in the face or a kick in the nuts if we're wrong.. which is the reason we stay quite in the first place... in other words FLIRT WITH HIM IF YOU LIKE HIM <3 =D

Be the initiator of this relationship for now. Call him, start conversations, change his diapers...etc... See what he does and then go on from there.

We pretty much do the same thing. Only we do it in a manly way, watching football while chopping wood in flanel shirts with our chest bare and drinking a beer.
