Ladies- what are some of the tell-tale signs of a mature man?

someone who allows me to do what makes me feel even if he might think its dumb, instead of arguing and getting mad and calling names he sits down and discusses our disagreements like an adult, he doesn't go crazy with jealousy but tells me in private later if he didn't like something he saw, he understands that i am not under his control and never will be..theres more but it would take a while :)
