You're a little young to be dateing; however, now is a good time to learn how to be a gentleman. You should make the first move when interested in a girl and if a girl approches you first, beware. There most likely is a problem with her.
Be the gentleman and ask.

Every second you waste is another opportunity for someone else to ask her out. If you know she likes you then thats dumb if you don't ask her out asap. You're risking her hooking up with someone else while you sit and try to figure out what to do when you know she already likes you!

Ask her out dude...just make sure the only reason you're doing isn't that she likes you. If you like her only becaues she likes you, it'll get old really quickly. Seriously.
