What do guys think of girls with breast implants?

Before I had first hand experience with them I was generally against them. I believed all the rumours about them not feeling real. However, now that I have actually had opportunities to see them up close and touch them, I think they are great. They feel very natural, and they look fantastic.

Also, men have unrealistic expectations, and are often hypocritical with regard to implants. They will say they only want a woman to have natural breasts, but when given the choice to view a woman with natural yet sagging breasts or Pamela Anderson, what will they look at?

Woman to woman, I wouldn't have breast implants. Why? They look fake. Women of today that have them will be old ladies of tmw with big breast.
What about the leakage horror stories that is out? And the chance of a 2nd surgery. Not for me. If anyone is going to cut into me it wont be in that area and certainly not by choice.

I prefer natural, b/c implants alot of the times feel fake. But I wouldn't dump a girl just cuz she had implants. If you do it, just don't go overboard like Pamela Anderson where it looks like 2 basketballs made of steel are bolted to your chest, that's retarded lookin in my opinion.

Don't like them myself.Much prefer the natural look/feel of a woman in my hands.Can not understand why a man would want to play with a ball with skin stretched over it.besides that they do not even look real.No matter how good the surgeon is they still look like some kind of a fruit or ball is stuffed in there.No thanks,be real and be proud.
