I have fraternal twin boys who are 16 months old right now and I am almost 33 weeks pregnant with another baby boy. My boyfriend works everyday and I am the one that has to sit and take care of them and I do my best but they seem to get bored playing with each other and I dont know what else to do, I cant let them run around everywhere and chase after them right now, I just dont have the energy. How do I keep them entertained without having to chase after them all day long?

Finding a playgroup is a great idea and you can always start your own if you know a few other moms. Or find another mom who has kids or a child around the same age and hang out together. It will make it more interesting for you when you have someone to chat with and share experiences with. I find my kids play better together when there is someone "new". Another kid helps keep their attention away from you. You can take the kids to the park or go on long walks to wear them out and its good exercise for you too.

Are they no longer napping? If they are, you should implement a story time and read to them after lunch. When they doze off, you should nap too. Leave the lunch dishes, the laundry and the cleaning till later! Keeping yourself healthy and sane is more important than a tidy house. Good luck!

p.s. TV is not the answer.

hello just let me say you are amazing! have you tried getting a baby sitter for a couple of hours each day? you could take a cat nap and catch some much needed rest. Get the babysitter to take them out the house on a nice long walk or the park where they can burn off that energy in the morning and then return for an afternoon nap then you could have a bit more time to relax. Have quiet time in the afternoon just before teatime so you can unwind with the boys perhaps draw pictures, play dough (although at 15 months my girls ate the dough instead lol) Hope you have heaps of support from family and friends. *smiles*

Have you tried a playgroup? It's a lot of fun and if you are resourceful you can find many free ones. While you are there try to keep contact with other mothers, you can make your own play dates including walks, coffee time...visits to each others houses.

Good luck, sounds like you have a real handful!

I feel for you do you have any family members who can help you now? Maybe you could get a babysitter for a couple hours and relax or take a nap. You could try and teach them to play roll the ball you wouldn't have to move much for that.Make sure you take a nap when they do and go to bed early.

no their twins may have points of the dual mom and dual father despite the fact that they are twins they are going to appear extraordinary from every set of dual (ac and cd] and its no longer even optimistic that they are going to have twins simply on account that their married twins now if the comparable twins married every otherr then that might be another tale =)lmao im stressed however i am getting it!!!
