The same thing you would do to get stronger and faster if you didnt have creatine. Creatine only helps along progress, it doesnt create it. For muscle growth protein should come before creatine and for speed cardio is where you need to be. In fact complacency combined with creatine will get you only one thing, fat!
You should do some intensive research on weight lifiting supplements and training programs and make sure you have your natural training regimen up to snuff before you start throwing in things that may not yet be neccessary. Creatine is a great supplement however, just sounds like maybe you should investigate why that is a little further than an closed off forum like this. Good Luck

Creatine is basically a chemical that helps your body produce more water and keep it in your body. While on it, you will gain weight unless you are working out and exercising frequently. What it does, however is simply help get rid of the pain faster so you can workout harder. So, if your trying to get faster, creatine will add more body mass, therefore decreasing your speed. Also for most people, they will tell you that while they were on it, it worked. Keep in mind however, they thought the creatine would help them get stronger. So the only reason it worked was the motivation it provided them.

First off there have been very little research on the long term effects of creatine. Bodybuilder swear by it by long term side effects are unknown. If you are going to take creatine I would try to lift heavy.
