what would be a good haircut for me?

i have really thin hair and i got it cut a couple months ago, so it is a little longer that my shoulders. i had side bangs, but i don't want them anymore and they are too long to look like bangs but too short to be put into a pony tail.
i don't want to cut my hair short but i need to do something with it. please give suggestions for cute hairstyles...

I have two sisters with very very thin hair, they have a hard time with styles, but they do try to keep it longer and layered, one has side swept bangs the other no bangs. I find long layers look the best on them but if you do want to thicken it I would go with shorter layers, but they do tend to make your hair look shorter, it all depends on what shape face you have, if you have a thin face I'd go with short layers but if you have a rounder face, stick with long layers for sure. As for the in between bangs, do the thing where you flip them up on your head kinda pushed up (like hilary duff) it is trendy and looks like you put effort into a relatively easy hairstyle. It's a good way to get through the bang to no bang transition. Hope this helps!
