I have my own boyfriend, but I made a comment, saying that the singer Aaliyah's brother, Rashad, is cute. & a lady said, "Let your boyfriend hear you say that! How would your boyfriend react if he heard you say that?" I know I would never cheat on my boyfriend.

Many people fantasize about celebrities. I know plenty of married men who dream about being with Beyonce.

It all depends on the kind of person you are.

Do you mind at if your boyfriend "checks out" very attractive women in the mall, for example?

What if he sees one in particular in a restaurant and comments on how good she looks?

If you are supportive of that, then she did over-react and you should ignore her.

However, if you are like the hundreds of Yahoo! Answers questions from women complaining that they don't understand why their boyfriends or husbands look at other women, then you might want to think about how you would feel if the shoe was on the other foot.

Don't worry about what that old lady said, she was just overreacting. Of course you're going to see attractive people even though you have a boyfriend. It's okay to mention it, it's not like you cheated on him.

There is absolutely nothing with thinking somebody is cute; that woman was overreacting. If you like discussing who's hot with your boyfriend that's fine too, I don't think it shows any unfaithfulness.

Just don't be caught gawking or staring at a good-looking guy, that's edging towards wrong.

AHHAHA you should smack that lady twice, once for being stupid and another for being stupid haha. but yea, no it's NOT cheating because everybody do that. My girlfriend and I do that to each other all the time. we be saying who's cute and who's not. You should talk to your bf. that's the best way to go about it because 99% of relationship that doesnt work is lack of communications. So, if you have any questions just talk to him about it. If he really love you, he'll answer you truthfully well, good luck

Thinking that somebody is cute is not a sin.
Fantasizing about the person is questionable, but it is not the same as infidelity.
Would your boyfriend be upset that he's not the only cute guy in the world? He's the one you chose.

OMG. No. You made an observation. You said the guy was cute. It's not like you propositioned him behind your boyfriend's back. Just forget about what some lady said. You're fine!

That was in no way unfaithful. It is OK to say so and so is cute. That woman obviously had issues going on. She might have just found out that her significant other was cheating and took it out on you.

It is natural to think others besides your own boy or girlfriend or even husband or wife is attractive. Whoever said that is silly! We all have eyes and it's normal to "look."

Fantasizing is also normal. That lady sounds like she needs to concentrate on her own life and stop nitpicking about what others say.

No it wasn't wrong to say that. I do think its wrong when people start obsessing and constantly talk about a celebrity/singer/actor and that person's partner feels he or she cannot compete with that fake hollywood image.

You may be out of circulation because of your boyfriend, but that doesn't mean you're dead, for heaven's sake! Ignore that nasty-minded old woman and enjoy the view around you. I've been married twice and love my husband, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy the "scenery", if you know what I mean!
