it truly is the damp time of three hundred and sixty 5 days. The wind includes the coolness ideal by clothing. in case you're no longer used to it, they can get chilled very quite. Ponchos artwork extra useful than umbrellas, because we get spontaneous winds that drives the rain sideways. additionally they provide up the wind from carrying the coolness ideal by maximum kinds of clothing. Gloves are a sturdy idea. hands get chilled speedy. No open-toed shoes. you would possibly want to even opt for to placed on water-tight boots in case you're going to finish slightly strolling. perfect now to not placed on a skirt. For some reason, the Seattle climate likes to blast lands up skirts and delivers anybody a sturdy sideshow. We had some common climate those days, yet very last October were given bitter chilly and it kind of feels that it truly is gearing up for similar bitterness. i do not understand what you're right here to confirm, so there is no way of understanding if 3 days might want to be adequate. for my section, besides the undeniable fact that, it truly is optimal to lead sparkling of the Seattle vacationer traps, because each little thing is ridiculously overcrowded and overpriced, and bypass visit the neighboring cities.

What part of LA? When are you coming?
Right now, well, like two days ago it snowed in Malibu and on the Westside. Very unusual, but still. I've been layering three or four shirts lately and wearing tights under my jeans to keep warm.
Yes, I'm a wimp, but I'm a socal girl, a valley girl. It has to top 100 for me to think it's hot. Anything under 60 is freezing.
So yeah, bring warm clothing.

It is current 35 degrees. I live just a few miles from Malibu. Right now i would dress ready for snow. But if you are coming later in the year, wear clothing for the summer.

it definitely depends where you go. LA spans a huuuuge area of land, with a ton of different climates (from beach to valley to hills to urban inner-city, etc). try and find the zip code of your hotel or wherever you're staying and you can check http://weather.yahoo.com for current temperatures and forecasts.
and just to agree with everybody, it's been really unusually cold lately. normally I'd suggest jeans, a light jacket and some flip flops and you'd fit right in.. but of course at the first sign of cold we californians (myself included) take it as our cue to break out the parkas and scarves! =)

For local traffic, you can check out www.sigalert.com
