He Is our comforter, He Is our healer, He is our guide , our wisdom, our love, He Is our peace . No man can come to the Father except by the drawing of the Holy Spirit. So Yes the Holy Spirit draws you to the Father and the Holy Spirit will keep you and teach you everything you need to know about his existance in your life.
