Ive noticed that alot of men go for or check out women who look high maintenance. You know the ones who have perfect looking hair and makeup like they have spent all mourning in the mirror. Dresed in really exspensive clothes ect ect. And the ones who go out with them always complain about how much they complain and whine. So I wonder why they even bother going out with them.

Well, first of all they check out those women because those women care about their appearance and put effort into it... they go out with them b/c of that as well... those girls have self-confidence and make themselves pretty everyday. Men are visual and they're attracted to that.. but if the girl is whiny then it ruins the whole thing...

I'm a guy but I'll answer. Most males are high maintenance, we require feeding and cleaning up after that we rarely do ourselves. Any emotional caring that we do for you should not be considered high maintenance, but a fair turn since you keep us alive. Some guys are emotionally high maintenance but they also can be good to have because generally they'll be more sensitive to your problems and needs. good luck:)

I only check out a girl if she is hot. I don't factor what kind of maintenence she is into the equation. Being high or low maintenence doesn't really effect looks. It's more about what kind of body type they have and if they have a pretty face or not (make up doesn't hide ugly). Now as far as being in a relationship goes, it all depends on what kind of person they are and how their personality is, on top of the looks of course.

no one goes out with a high maintenance chick just to go out with one, they go because on the outside, where it's superficial, she looks awesome and sexy, and what guy wouldn't mind having that alongside him? it's soon after that he realize just how much a PITA such girls can be, but their beauty is a curse, as it's their beauty that they know will get them things in life for free, and if they marry the right and rich guy , they get a plush lifestyle that they could not otherwsie afford, and there in lies the catch.. they must maintain their looks or risked be dumped for the next younger hottter women, look at any movie star who has done it ( Tom Cruise for example ), he dump 2 fine women for a younger women each time, and he can afford it. The other thing is sooner or later those involved with high maitrnance Gf know that they usally suffer from image and self issues, and find them wanting.. so they usally cheat on them with less attractrive if not "normal" girls.. and then usally dump them ( both girls..) when a new fresh hot one comes along.... it's rare to find a extremely good loking women who know it to be down to earth, like I said they usally suffer from self esteem issues. Those who put up with such women either have money and want to look good to the outside world, usaually the sex drive of such women is low, they often do not enjoy it but rather see it as a some form of bartering tool to be used in exchange for what ever she can get with her good looks. The guy once having taste of a high end girl will either scramble and keep buying her gifts as she rations out the sex.. she will have total control of him.. or he see her for what she is, get as much sex as he can from her, then dump her.
