They are two kinds of vermouth's: dry and sweet.The best ones are Martini and Rossi.Awesome.They made from grape and in Italy are consider wines.They are good open for a couple of weeks. The dry one could be keep it longer.Remember,the white one is used for the famous dry-martini.

Vermouth will keep indefinitely. It has enough alcohol in it that it won't go bad. And it's not a wine.

It is a fortified wine ( extra alcohol has been added)

Keep the cap on...it will last forever.

isn't it just a wine? Probably 6 months refridgerated.
