As I have mentioned above that I would like to travel with my dog from Australia to Hong Kong. I am going to take Cathy Pacific airline. Is it possible for my dog to travel with me? Also, if my dog can't be taken with me, is there any travel agencies can help?

Unless the laws have changed dramatically you will not be able to bring your dog. When I last brought out a dog it had to have been quarantined in either the UK or Hawaii first, then also quarantined in Australia. But then there weren't the inoculations that dogs can get these days. Search on the appropriate Australian government web site before you make your mind up.

Having just come back from Hong Kong, i know your dog would be very popular,tasty also, but only in the winter months

Just call the airline. They have special arrangement for this. But probably you will have to pay some fees.
