It seems like your obsessing too much over something that you type, and instead of finding out by asking the actual person you are asking a million people that dont know you. I say ask him, thats the only way you will get a true blue answer. (sorry for the tough love!)

I would have helped to know if this is two different people or the same one..
BRB and not getting back to you, indicates he is not interested. The BRB is a way of saying, I'm going to not respond but I'm going to pretend I am...its childish, but that's how some are.
xoxoxoxxox Well, hugs and kisses.....how does this person act when they are around you? Do they act affectionate? If not, then this is just how they close a text to someone they like...but don't read into it....

well the brb could be because he got distracted or he just straight doesn't wana tlak to u. the xoxoxoxox thing is different. Theres this kid at mi shcool who always calls me beautiful when he wants something. He might just write that for a friend thing or more. you never know until you ask.

no he is just not that into you if your not the first thing on his mind when he wakes up and the last thing on his mind b4 he falls asleep and would wade thru sharks to get you a glass of tea then forget him save yourself the trouble
