Recipes and names of food can be a bit tough to translate. Can you include a note saying if you are talking about scalloped potatoes or seafood scallops for the 2nd one.

For the 1st: "Crevettes à la Sauce au Vin Blanc"
For the 3rd: "Saumon Romaine garnis d'une Vinaigrette"
