when your sleeping and you jump befor you land it is your soul reentering your body if you ever land you wont wake to see what happens cause apperently you die when you hit or something like that!?!?

there is a liquid inside your ear that the little hairs sense (just to put in layman's terms) that you are upright. Sometimes when you lay down and it sloshes about they sense as if you are spinning/falling.

It's called vertigo. Could be caused by a synus condition. Allergies, anything that might affect the inner ear. Try sleeping on your side.

It's happened to me before but not during deep sleeps. More like cat naps on the couch nd i just abruptly move nd clinch. Its weird and I dont know why it happens

If you feel like that you are falling while sleeping it is usually a dream and if you hit the bottom in your dream you die.
